Educators play a critical role in learners’ journeys and in fostering a productive and equitable learning environment. We work with our partners in addressing:

- What factors and conditions contribute to teacher well-being and retention across different school contexts and career stages?
- How do we better understand and improve programs addressing teacher shortages, preparation, and licensing options?
